St. John's Property Proposals
There has been much discussion and some dispute over proposed improvements to the St. John's property which is now owed by the Thornapple Association. At the annual meeting in 2003, a resolution was passed which requires the Board to take no action regarding the proposed improvements, other than investigation and discussions with engineers, prior to holding a special meeting of the membership on the proposed improvements. The Board issued a "St. John's Property Fact Sheet" which was mailed to the membership and added to this website. Thereafter, a survey was compiled and sent to all members. A substantial number of members responded to the survey and the results are also now posted below. As members of the Thornapple Association, we all have a duty to be as well informed as possible and to review all of these materials.
